Job summary

Ampersand Brands, LLC is seeking a full-time Lolli & Pops Service Lead/Keyholder in Oklahoma City, OK. You will join the store leadership team to guide guest experience and daily operations.

You will monitor KPI targets, coach staff, manage inventory, ensure visual standards, and uphold store policies while championing the brand inside and outside the store. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and work peak hours at Penn Square Mall.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to coach, train and motivate store team.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by monitoring KPI targets and taking corrective action.
• Lead guest engagement, product knowledge sharing and selling.
• Develop team through coaching, training and motivation, and manage scheduling/inventory.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness across shifts.
• Enforce store policies consistently and uphold brand standards.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Lolli & Pops inside and outside the store.
• Assist Store Manager with paperwork and operational tasks.
• Lift up to 25 pounds as required.
