Job summary

Ampersand Brands, parent to Lolli & Pops, is seeking a Service Lead/Keyholder for its Natick, MA location. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive store performance, engage guests with sample tastings, and coach a high‑performing team in a fast‑paced environment.

As a keyholder, you’ll lead by example, ensure merchandising standards, and uphold company policies while supporting operations and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive store KPI targets and take action to achieve them
• Engage guests with sampling and product knowledge
• Coach selling skills and lead by example to maximize performance
• Train, develop and motivate team members
• Assist Store Manager with paperwork, ordering, inventory
• Maintain visual/merchandising standards and store cleanliness
• Enforce policies and directives consistently
• Represent Lolli & Pops inside and outside the store
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
