Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support Store Managers in sales, customer service, and store operations. The role includes shift management in the manager’s absence and emphasizes strong communication with customers and team members.

Responsibilities include leading service programs, managing phone and online order processes, handling returns and invoicing, and ensuring accurate day-end procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure team execution of service programs.
• Answer phones per company policy and process BOPIS/ship-to-store/transfer orders.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and efficiently.
• Invoicing and merchandising tasks, and ensure proper security procedures during opening/closing.
• Ensure adherence to work schedules and proper clock-in/out procedures.
