Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts desired.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repair is beneficial.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to provide customer service.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom.
• Manage buy online/ship to store processes.
• Handle customer returns and exchanges efficiently.
• Perform store opening/closing duties.
