O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist in Ashland, Alabama to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This position may take on shift management when leadership is absent, and bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include leading a team to deliver excellent service, supervising showroom programs, handling calls, processing orders and transfers, managing returns and invoicing, and

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Fluency in additional languages is a plus (Spanish preferred).

Responsabilités

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure adherence to service programs.
• Answer telephone according to company policy and process buy online/ship to store orders.
• Handle transfers, outside purchases, returns, and invoicing before product leaves the store.
• Perform opening/closing duties and ensure security procedures are followed.
