Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge is a plus.
• Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish, is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom.
• Ensure timely processing of buy online/ship to store orders.
• Process retail customer returns and exchanges efficiently.
• Perform all store opening/closing duties accurately.
