Qualifications

• One year retail supervisor experience or similar training preferred.
• One year loss prevention/security training preferred.
• Active Security Guard License preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides visible command presence at store entrances/exits and on the sales floor.
• Monitors for potential theft indicators and coordinates with Store Leadership.
• Maintains safety and security for associates and customers daily.
• Assists with loss prevention initiatives and adherence to policy.
