Job summary

Qualifications

• One year retail supervisor experience or similar training preferred.
• One year loss prevention/security training preferred.
• Active Security Guard License preferred
• High School education or equivalent required, AA degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for Associates and Customers.
• Provide visible greetings and attentive service at store entrances/exits and on the sales floor.
• Monitor for theft indicators and communicate with Store Leadership and Loss Prevention.
• Adhere to Loss Prevention directives and contribute to reducing shortages.
