• Proven ability to effectively resolve conflict.
• Must comply with all applicable federal and state laws for security positions.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a visible presence at store entrances/exits to deter theft and ensure safety.
• Greet customers with eye contact and courtesy; assist as needed.
• Coordinate with Store Leadership to follow Loss Prevention directives.
• Monitor for safety issues and keep egress clear; respond to incidents.
