Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent; AA degree preferred.
• One year retail supervisor experience or similar training.
• One year loss prevention/security training preferred.
• Active Security Guard License preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and resolve conflicts.
• Must comply with all applicable laws and background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible security and safety at store entrances/exits and on the sales floor.
• Monitor for theft indicators and detain or report as directed by Store Leadership.
• Greet customers with eye contact and courteous service to deter theft.
• Collaborate with Store Leadership and Loss Prevention to minimize shrinkage.
• Maintain professional appearance and uphold the Ross brand.
