Job summary

Qualifications

• One year retail supervisor experience or similar training preferred.
• Active security training or certifications are an asset.
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances/exits and sales floor for theft indicators.
• Greet customers with visible presence and maintain safety; report issues to leadership.
• Collaborate with Loss Prevention to minimize shortage and ensure policy compliance.
