Responsibilities include greeting customers, enforcing safety protocols, and supporting store operations while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Formación

• High School education or equivalent required; AA degree preferred.
• One year retail supervisor experience or similar training preferred.
• One year loss prevention/security training preferred.
• Active Security Guard License preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with store team.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains a safe and secure environment for Associates and Customers.
• Provides visible command presence at entrances/exits and on the sales floor.
• Removes clutter and ensures safe egress to emergency exits.
• Greet customers and answer questions in a courteous manner.
• Collaborates with Store Leadership and Loss Prevention to minimize shortages.
• Adheres to company policies and supports loss prevention initiatives.
