Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Store Schematics Coordinator to manage Non-Perishable schematic integrity in the assigned store. You will coordinate weekly resets and ensure items are placed per schematics, supporting merchandising integrity and a positive customer experience.

The role requires accuracy, ability to work varied hours, and collaboration with store leadership to complete sign-offs and communicate issues to the Support Office.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills to analyze reset programs and maintain reports.
• Excellent mathematical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with the ability to interact with customers, employees and vendors.
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business demands.
• Ability to read schematics and price tags, hang signs, and use a ladder.
• Ability to lift up to 17 lbs., walk up to 4 miles per 8 hours, and perform repetitive crouching/kneeling.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate, and execute store resets and projects for the Non-Perishable departments.
• Ensure categories are set according to schematics to support a selling culture and customer experience.
• Collaborate with Scan Coordinators, Department Managers, and ASM to maintain schematic compliance.
• Complete weekly Reset/STS activities as directed by the Support Office.
• Obtain sign-off from Store Manager or Department Managers to confirm work is complete and accurate.
• Provide timely feedback to Support Office Schematic Department for issues or discrepancies.
