Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Store Schematics Coordinator to maintain Non-Perishable schematic integrity across the store. You will lead weekly resets and speed-to-shelf activities, ensuring compliance with all schematic guidelines to support merchandising and a positive customer experience.

You will work with Store Managers and Department Managers to ensure accurate item placement, proper price tagging, and timely completion of all schematic tasks while adapting to changing schedules and

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 months related experience or education.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills to analyze the reset program and maintain reports and schedules.
• Excellent mathematical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with ability to interact with customers, employees, and vendors.
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
• Able to read schematics and price tags, hang signs, and use a computer to activate new schematics; able to use a step ladder.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate, and execute store resets and projects for Non-Perishable departments.
• Ensure categories are set per schematics to support merchandising and customer experience.
• Coordinate with Scan Coordinators and Managers to maintain schematic compliance and item placement.
• Complete weekly Reset/STS activities as directed by Support Office.
• Obtain sign-off from Store Manager/Assistant Manager/Dept Managers when work is complete.
