Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Store Schematics Coordinator to own the non-perishable schematics for the store, plan weekly resets, and ensure accuracy across Dairy, Frozen, Grocery, HBA and Vitamins departments.

You will work with managers and scan coordinators to maintain adherence to schematics, place new items correctly, and support an engaging shopping environment while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills to analyze total reset program and maintain required reports and schedules.
• Excellent mathematical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with the ability to interact with customers, employees, and vendors.
• Ability to read schematics and price tags and properly hang price tags and signs; capable of using a computer to activate new schematics.
• Be able to lift up to 17 lbs., walk several miles and perform repetitive crouching/kneeling as part of daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate and execute store resets and projects for Non-Perishable Depts (Dairy, Frozen, Grocery, HBA, Vitamins).
• Support a selling culture and positive customer experience by ensuring categories are set according to schematics for the store.
• Collaborate with Scan Coordinators, Dept Managers and ASM to maintain schematic compliance and correct item placement.
• Complete weekly Reset/STS activity as directed by the Support Office.
• Ensure schematics are executed per internal policies and procedures.
• Obtain sign-off from Store Manager, ASM or Dept Managers to confirm work is complete and accurate.
• Provide timely feedback to Support Office Schematic Department for issues or discrepancies.
