Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Store Schematics Coordinator to maintain Non-Perishable schematic integrity across the store. You will lead weekly resets and speed-to-shelf activities, ensuring compliance with company schematic guidelines while supporting a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities include scheduling and executing resets for various departments, coordinating with store leadership and Scan Coordinators, and ensuring proper placement of new items.

Qualifications

• Must have strong analytical and organizational skills to analyze total reset program and maintain reports/schedules.
• Excellent mathematical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with ability to interact with customers, employees, and vendors.
• Able to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
• Must read schematics and price tags; properly hang signs and price tags; able to use a computer to activate new schematics; able to use a step ladder.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate and execute store resets and projects for Non-Perishable Depts (Dairy, Frozen, Grocery, HBA, Vitamins).
• Support an active selling culture and positive customer experience by ensuring categories are set according to schematics.
• Work with Scan Coordinators, Dept Manager and ASM to ensure schematic compliance and correct placement of new items.
• Complete weekly Reset/STS activities as directed by Support Office.
• Ensure schematics are executed in accordance with internal policies and procedures.
• Obtain sign-off from Store Manager/ASM/Dept Managers to signify work completion and accuracy.
• Provide timely feedback to Support Office Schematic Department for any issues or discrepancies.
