Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Store Schematics Coordinator to manage non‑perishable schematics, lead weekly resets, and support merchandising integrity across departments. You will ensure correct item placement and sign‑offs with store leadership while maintaining accuracy and adherence to guidelines.

The role emphasizes analytical planning, strong communication with store teams, and the ability to work varied hours.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and have a high school diploma or equivalent, plus 1–3 months of related experience or training.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills to analyze the reset program and maintain reports/schedules.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with ability to interact with customers, employees, and vendors.
• Able to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
• Able to read schematics and price tags, hang signs, and use a ladder.
• Physically able to lift up to 17 lbs. and walk several miles per shift; crouching/kneeling as needed.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate and execute store resets and projects for Non‑Perishable departments.
• Support selling culture and customer experience by proper schematics placement.
• Coordinate with Scan Coordinators, Department Managers and Store Manager to ensure compliance.
• Complete weekly Reset/STS activity as directed by Support Office.
• Ensure schematics align with internal policies and procedures.
• Obtain sign‑off from management to confirm work is complete and accurate.
• Provide feedback to Support Office for issues or discrepancies.
