Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market in the United States is seeking a Store Schematics Coordinator responsible for maintaining Non-Perishable schematic integrity across the store. You will schedule and execute resets, ensure accurate placement of items, and collaborate with store leadership to uphold merchandising standards.

The role requires strong analytical and mathematical skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to work varied hours.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Must have strong analytical and organizational skills to analyze total reset program and maintain reports.
• Must possess excellent mathematical skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate and execute store resets and projects for Non-Perishable Depts (Dairy, Frozen, Grocery, HBA, Vitamins).
• Support an active selling culture by ensuring categories are set according to schematics for the store.
• Work with Scan Coordinators, Dept Manager and ASM to ensure schematic compliance and proper item placement.
• Complete weekly Reset/STS activity as directed by the Support Office.
• Ensure schematics are executed in line with internal policies and procedures.
• Obtain sign-off from Store Manager, ASM, or Dept Managers to confirm work is complete and accurate.
• Provide timely feedback to Support Office Schematic Department for issues or discrepancies.
