Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Store Schematics Coordinator in California to manage non-perishable store schematics, coordinate weekly resets, and maintain merchandising integrity. You will ensure items are placed per schematics, assist in sign-offs, and communicate discrepancies to the Support Office.

Responsibilities include scheduling resets, collaborating with managers and Scan Coordinators, and ensuring compliance with internal policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a HS diploma or equivalent and 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills to analyze resets and maintain reports and schedules.
• Excellent mathematical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Outgoing, friendly attitude with ability to interact with customers, employees and vendors.
• Ability to work varied hours as business dictates.
• Must read schematics and price tags, hang price tags, use a computer and stapler; climb a step ladder.
• Physical ability to lift up to 17 lbs and walk up to four miles in an eight-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate and execute store resets and projects for Non-Perishable Depts.
• Support an active selling culture by ensuring categories are set per schematics.
• Collaborate with Scan Coordinators and department managers to maintain schematic compliance.
• Complete weekly Reset/STS activity as directed by Support Office.
• Ensure schematics align with internal policies and procedures.
• Obtain sign-off from Store Manager/Assistant Manager/Dept Managers upon completion.
• Provide timely feedback to Support Office Schematic Department for issues.
