Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Store Schematics Coordinator to maintain the Non-Perishable schematic integrity across assigned departments. The role includes scheduling and executing resets, ensuring category placement aligns with schematics, and collaborating with store leadership to maintain merchandising standards.

The coordinator will work with Scan Coordinators, Dept Managers, and the Store Manager to ensure compliance and timely sign-offs while supporting a positive customer

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 months related experience.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills to analyze the reset program and maintain reports and schedules.
• Excellent mathematical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Outgoing, friendly attitude with ability to interact with customers, employees, and vendors.
• Able to read schematics and price tags, hang price tags and signs, and use a ladder.
• Ability to lift up to 17 lbs., move items up to 8 ft., and walk up to 4 miles in 8 hours.
• Ability to crouch/kneel/squat to access low points for up to 50 hours.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate, and execute store resets and projects for Non-Perishable Depts (Dairy, Frozen, Grocery, HBA, Vitamins).
• Support an active selling culture by ensuring categories align with schematics for the store.
• Collaborate with Scan Coordinators, Dept Managers, and ASM to maintain schematic compliance and correct item placement.
• Complete weekly Reset/STS activity as directed by Support Office.
• Ensure schematics are executed per internal policies and procedures.
• Obtain sign-off from Store Manager/ASM/Dept Managers to confirm work is complete and accurate.
• Provide timely feedback to Support Office Schematic Department for issues or discrepancies.
