Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Store Schematics Coordinator to maintain Non-Perishable schematic integrity, schedule resets, and ensure compliance in the assigned store. The role requires accuracy, quick execution, and collaboration with store leadership to keep products properly placed for customers.

The position emphasizes analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to read schematics and price tags.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills to maintain reports and schedules.
• Excellent mathematical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with strong customer interaction abilities.
• Ability to read schematics and price tags and to hang signs accurately.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute store resets and projects for Non-Perishable Depts.
• Ensure categories are set according to schematics and support selling.
• Work with Scan Coordinators and Managers to maintain schematic compliance.
• Complete weekly Reset/STS activity as directed by the Support Office.
• Obtain sign-off from Store Manager or Dept Manager on completed work.
• Provide timely feedback to the Schematic Department on issues.
