Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Store Schematics Coordinator to maintain Non-Perishable schematics, schedule weekly resets, and ensure accurate item placement across Dairy, Frozen, Grocery, HBA and Vitamins.

The role requires strong analytical and mathematical skills, a HS diploma, and the ability to work varied hours. Daily tasks include coordinating resets, partnering with store leaders, and verifying schematic adherence for a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 with a HS diploma or equivalent and 1–3 months related experience.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills to analyze total reset program and maintain necessary reports.
• Excellent mathematical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with the ability to interact with customers, employees, and vendors.
• Able to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
• Able to read schematics and price tags and properly hang price tags and signs.
• Good vision to read schematics and price tags; able to staple, scan and use a computer to activate new schematics; able to use a step ladder.
• Able to lift boxes weighing up to 17 lbs., move up to 8 feet for up to 1 hour; walk up to 4 miles in 8 hours.
• Able to crouch/kneel/squat to access spaces for up to 50 hours.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling, coordination and execution of store resets and projects for Non-Perishable Depts (Dairy, Frozen, Grocery, HBA, Vitamins).
• Supports an active selling culture and positive customer experience by ensuring categories are set according to schematics for the store.
• Collaborates with Scan Coordinators, Dept Managers, and Assistant Store Manager to ensure schematic compliance and correct item placement.
• Completes weekly Reset/STS activity as directed by the Support Office.
• Ensures schematics are executed in line with internal policies and procedures.
• Obtains sign off from Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Dept Managers to signify completion and accuracy.
• Provides timely feedback to Support Office Schematic Department for issues or discrepancies.
