Sprouts Farmers Market in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Store Schematics Coordinator to maintain Non-Perishable schematic integrity, conduct weekly resets, and support merchandising accuracy across departments. You’ll partner with store leadership to implement resets timely and ensure correct item placement.

Strong analytical and organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to read schematics are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with HS diploma or equivalent; 1–3 months related experience.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills for reset programs.
• Excellent math and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with ability to interact with customers and staff.
• Ability to read schematics, price tags, and use a ladder safely.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate and execute store resets and projects for Non-Perishable Depts.
• Ensure schematics align with store policies and correct item placement.
• Provide sign-offs to managers and communicate issues to Support Office.
• Support an active selling culture with accurate category setups.
• Complete weekly Reset/STS activities as directed.
