Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a detail-focused Store Schematics Coordinator to maintain Non-Perishable schematic integrity across the assigned store. You will schedule and execute weekly resets and speed-to-shelf activities, ensuring alignment with company guidelines and merchandising standards.

You will be the primary schematics contact for the store, communicating changes to managers and department heads, while verifying signs, price tags, and product placement for consistency and customer

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 months related experience or education.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills to analyze the total reset program and maintain reports and schedules.
• Excellent mathematical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with the ability to interact with customers, employees, and vendors.
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
• Ability to read schematics and price tags, hang signs, use a computer to activate schematics, and use a step ladder.
• Must be able to lift and move boxes up to 17 lbs. over distances and walk several miles daily.
• Ability to crouch/kneel/squat to access ground-level areas for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate, and execute store resets and projects for Non-Perishable Depts (Dairy, Frozen, Grocery, HBA, Vitamins).
• Ensure categories are set according to schematics to support merchandising integrity and customer experience.
• Collaborate with Scan Coordinators, Dept Managers to maintain schematic compliance and correct item placement.
• Complete weekly Reset/STS activity as directed by the Support Office.
• Ensure schematics are executed per internal policies and procedures.
• Obtain sign-off from Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Dept Managers when work is complete and accurate.
• Provide timely feedback to Support Office Schematic Department for issues or discrepancies.
