Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Store Schematics Coordinator in Tucson to ensure Non-Perishable schematics accuracy and drive daily merchandising integrity. You will manage store resets, coordinate with store leadership, and confirm changes align with internal guidelines.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, fast execution, and collaboration with department managers to keep products correctly placed and available for customers.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills to analyze reset programs and maintain reports.
• Excellent mathematical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Out-going, friendly demeanor with the ability to interact with customers, employees, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate and execute store resets and projects for Non-Perishable Depts.
• Ensure categories are set according to schematics to support merchandising integrity.
• Collaborate with Scan Coordinators and managers to maintain schematic compliance and item placement.
• Complete weekly Reset/STS activities as directed by the Support Office.
• Obtain sign off from store leadership and provide feedback to the Schematic Department.
