Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Store Schematics Coordinator to ensure Non-Perishable schematics are accurate and reset weekly. You will coordinate resets across Dairy, Frozen, Grocery, HBA, and Vitamins, ensuring correct item placement and sign-off by store leadership.

Responsibilities include leading scheduling and execution of resets, supporting an engaging customer experience, and ensuring compliance with internal policies; flexibility in hours is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a HS diploma or equivalent and 1–3 months related experience.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills to analyze the total reset program.
• Excellent mathematical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with the ability to interact with customers, employees, and vendors.
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
• Able to read schematics, price tags, and hang signs; use a ladder as needed.
• Lift up to 17 lbs, move boxes up to 8 ft, walk up to 4 miles in a shift.
• Repetitive crouching/kneeling/squatting to access low points.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for scheduling, coordination and execution of store resets and projects for Non-Perishable Depts.
• Support selling culture and customer experience by ensuring schematics are followed.
• Collaborate with Scan Coordinators and Managers to maintain schematic compliance and item placement.
• Complete weekly Reset/STS activity as directed by the Support Office.
• Ensure schematics align with internal policies and procedures.
• Obtain sign-off from Store Manager/Asst. Manager/Dept Managers when work is complete and accurate.
• Provide timely feedback to Support Office Schematic Department for issues or discrepancies.
