Sprouts Farmers Market in Orlando, FL is seeking a Store Schematics Coordinator to ensure non-perishable schematics integrity across the store. You will lead weekly resets and speed-to-shelf activities, ensuring adherence to company schematics guidelines for accurate merchandising and pricing.

The role requires strong analytical abilities, 18+ years old with HS diploma, and the capacity to manage schedules, read schematics, and interact with store leadership, vendors, and customers.

Qualifications

• Must have strong analytical and organizational skills to analyze total reset program and maintain reports and schedules.
• Excellent mathematical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with the ability to interact with customers, employees, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate and execute store resets and projects for Non-Perishable departments.
• Ensure categories are set per schematics to support merchandising and customer experience.
• Collaborate with Scan Coordinators, Dept Managers and ASMs to maintain schematic compliance and placement of items.
• Complete weekly Reset/STS activity as directed by the Support Office.
• Obtain sign-off from Store Manager/ASM/Dept Manager to confirm work is complete and accurate.
• Provide timely feedback to Support Office Schematic Department for any issues.
