Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. seeks a full-time Selling Team Leader in Manhattan Beach, CA.

You will serve as the Store Team Leader's go-to person for developing the business strategy and daily operations, coaching a high-performing team to deliver unforgettable guest experiences and achieve sales goals. You will lead by example in training, merchandising standards, and operating excellence, while upholding AE values and policies.

Qualifications

• Experience leading store teams and driving sales performance.
• Ability to coach and develop team members to meet guest service standards.
• Strong multitasking and time management with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with employment law and store policies.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a Leader on Duty by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity.
• Lead, mentor, and hold the team accountable to AE's customer service standards.
• Recruit, train, and develop talent to maintain adequate store staffing.
• Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and performance reviews to the team.
• Ensure daily operations, visual standards, and brand integrity are maintained.
