Williams-Sonoma, Inc. in San Antonio seeks an Assistant Manager of Sales and Service to lead the store team, model world-class service, and ensure appropriate staff coverage across all areas of the store.

You will drive sales, coach staff on product knowledge and service standards, and uphold our People First culture while resolving client issues and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, organization and leadership skills.
• Strong critical thinking to identify challenges and action plans.
• Great time management and ability to multitask.
• 2-3 years of retail sales or customer-service management experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead the store team to create an exceptional experience for customers and exceed sales goals.
• Ensure the sales floor is adequately staffed and model customer-focused selling.
• Coach staff to reinforce service principles and improve selling skills.
• Educate team on products using Selling Essentials and training resources.
• Foster a positive environment where all associates are treated fairly and with dignity per People-First Philosophy.
• Ensure timely resolution of client service issues including delivery/pick-up and reporting systems.
