Job summary

ALO, a mindfulness-driven retailer, seeks a Sales & Service Manager in Bellevue to lead the store’s sales and guest experience strategy. You’ll drive targets, coach the team, and ensure seamless operations on the floor and in back-of-house areas.

The role requires strong leadership, bias for action, and excellent communication. You’ll partner with the General Manager to craft a high-performing Sales & Service plan, manage schedules, and support community engagement in line with ALO’s guiding

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Agile with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and root cause sales opportunities with the General Manager to improve processes.
• Oversee the Sales & Service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and coaching.
• Build client relationships daily with customers.
• Ensure sales floor coverage through workforce planning and initiatives.
• Partner with General Manager to develop and implement Sales & Service strategy.
