Job summary

The Hillman Group is seeking a hands-on field position that involves active travel to multiple store locations within your territory. You will manage plan-o-grams, displays, inventory, and service reports to drive store performance.

Ideal candidates bring retail or field service experience, strong organization and communication skills, and the ability to read plan-o-grams. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Retail/merchandising or field service experience preferred.
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Willingness to travel between stores (occasional overnight stays).
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to read and execute plan-o-grams.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Travel between multiple store locations in your territory.
• Execute plan-o-grams and maintain store displays.
• Stock, order, and organize product to ensure optimal inventory levels.
• Perform display resets, including assembling/disassembling fixtures.
• Identify and resolve in-store issues quickly.
• Build strong relationships with store associates and managers.
• Complete service reports, surveys, and photo documentation.

What You’ll Do
