Job summary

The Hillman Group is seeking a Store Sales Representative to own your territory and be the face of Hillman in your stores. You’ll keep displays sharp, inventory flowing, and customer relationships strong.

This hands-on role requires travel between stores, execution of planograms, and proactive stock management to ensure optimal inventory levels. Excellent communication and self-motivation are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Retail, merchandising, or field service experience preferred.
• Able to read and execute planograms.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Willingness to travel between stores and occasional overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Travel between multiple store locations in your territory.
• Execute plan-ograms and maintain store displays.
• Stock, order, and organize product to ensure optimal inventory levels.
• Perform display resets, including assembling/disassembling fixtures.
• Identify and resolve in-store issues quickly.
• Build strong relationships with store associates and managers.
• Complete service reports, surveys, and photo documentation.

What You’ll Do

As a Store Sales Representative, you’ll own your territory and be the face of Hillman in your stores. You’ll keep displays sharp, inventory flowing, and customer relationships strong.

• Stock, order, and organize product to ensure optimal inventory levels
• Perform display resets, including assembling/disassembling fixtures

• Build strong relationships with store associates and managers
• Complete service reports, surveys, and photo documentation

This is a hands‑on role where you’ll stay active, solve problems, and see the results of your work every day.
