Job summary

The Hillman Group in Greensboro, NC is seeking a field merchandising associate who travels between store locations to execute plan-o-grams, stock shelves, and maintain displays. You will partner with store staff to ensure optimal availability and presentation.

You will build relationships with store personnel, complete service reports, and enjoy a flexible schedule with comprehensive benefits and driver- and cell-phone allowances.

Qualifications

• Retail, merchandising, or field service experience preferred.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Willingness to travel between stores and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Travel between multiple store locations in your territory.
• Execute plan-o-grams and maintain store displays.
• Stock, order, and organize product to ensure optimal inventory.
• Perform display resets, including assembling/disassembling fixtures.
• Identify and resolve in-store issues quickly.

What You’ll Do

• Travel between multiple store locations in your territory

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Retail, merchandising, or field service experience (preferred)
• Organized, dependable, and self‑motivated
• Comfortable working independently and managing your schedule
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills
• Ability to read and execute plan-o-grams
• Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and Windows
• Willingness to travel between stores (occasional overnight stays possible)
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
