Job summary

The Hillman Group is seeking a hands-on field team member to travel between store locations, execute planograms, and maintain displays. You’ll stock, order, and organize products to ensure optimal inventory levels while building strong relationships with store staff.

This role requires independent work, excellent communication, and the ability to travel frequently, including potential overnight stays. Competitive hourly pay and solid benefits are offered.

What You’ll Do

• Travel between multiple store locations in your territory

This is a hands-on role where you’ll stay active, solve problems, and see the results of your work every day.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Retail, merchandising, or field service experience (preferred)


• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated


• Comfortable working independently and managing your schedule


• Strong communication and customer relationship skills


• Ability to read and execute plan-o-grams


• Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and Windows


• Willingness to travel between stores (occasional overnight stays possible)


• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs


• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
