Job summary

The Hillman Group in Washington state is hiring a Store Sales Representative to own your territory, keep displays sharp, and maintain strong customer relationships.

You will travel between stores, execute planograms, stock and arrange products, and complete service reports. This hands-on role rewards initiative and active problem-solving with full benefits and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Retail, merchandising or field service experience preferred.
• Organized, dependable and self-motivated.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to read and execute plan-ograms.
• Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel and Windows.
• Willingness to travel between stores; occasional overnight stays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Own territory and be the face of Hillman in your stores.

What You’ll Do

As a Store Sales Representative, you’ll own your territory and be the face of Hillman in your stores. You’ll keep displays sharp, inventory flowing, and customer relationships strong.

• Travel between multiple store locations in your territory
• Execute plan‑ograms and maintain store displays
• Stock, order, and organize product to ensure optimal inventory levels
• Perform display resets, including assembling/disassembling fixtures
• Identify and resolve in‑store issues quickly
• Build strong relationships with store associates and managers
• Complete service reports, surveys, and photo documentation

This is a hands‑on role where you’ll stay active, solve problems, and see the results of your work every day.
