Job summary

The Hillman Group is seeking a hands-on merchandiser to travel within the assigned territory, execute plan-o-grams, and keep store displays current. You will stock and organize products, perform display resets, and resolve in-store issues while building strong relationships with store teams.

This role requires independence, reliability, and the ability to manage your schedule. You will document service activity and contribute to continuous store improvements.

• Retail, merchandising, or field service experience preferred.
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.

What You'll Do

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Retail, merchandising, or field service experience (preferred)

• Comfortable working independently and managing your schedule
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills
• Ability to read and execute plan-o-grams
• Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and Windows
• Willingness to travel between stores (occasional overnight stays possible)
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
