The Hillman Group is seeking a Store Sales Representative to own territory, maintain displays, and build strong customer relationships in partner stores. You’ll travel across multiple locations, manage inventory, and ensure plan-o-grams are executed to keep shelves sharp.

This hands-on role offers an hourly wage of $18–$20, a company car with gas card, flexible daily schedule, and comprehensive benefits including health, vision, and retirement options.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

As a Store Sales Representative, you’ll own your territory and be the face of Hillman in your stores. You’ll keep displays sharp, inventory flowing, and customer relationships strong.

• Travel between multiple store locations in your territory
• Execute plan-o-grams and maintain store displays
• Stock, order, and organize product to ensure optimal inventory levels
• Perform display resets, including assembling/disassembling fixtures
• Identify and resolve in‑store issues quickly
• Build strong relationships with store associates and managers

This is a hands‑on role where you’ll stay active, solve problems, and see the results of your work every day.
