Job summary

The Hillman Group is seeking a hands-on field team member to travel between multiple store locations in your territory, executing plan-o-grams and maintaining displays. You will stock, order, and organize product to keep optimal inventory, perform display resets, and build strong relationships with store associates and managers.

This role offers a flexible schedule, company car and gas card, cell phone allowance, full benefits, PTO and holidays, retirement and stock purchase plans, plus tuition

Qualifications

• Retail or field service experience preferred.
• Ability to read and execute plan-o-grams.
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable traveling between stores and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Travel between multiple store locations in your territory
• Execute plan-o-grams and maintain store displays

• Perform display resets, including assembling/disassembling fixtures
• Identify and resolve in-store issues quickly
• Build strong relationships with store associates and managers
• Complete service reports, surveys, and photo documentation

This is a hands‑on role where you'll stay active, solve problems, and see the results of your work every day.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Retail, merchandising, or field service experience (preferred)
• Organized, dependable, and self‑motivated
• Comfortable working independently and managing your schedule
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills
• Ability to read and execute plan-o-grams
• Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and Windows
• Willingness to travel between stores (occasional overnight stays possible)
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
