Job summary

The Hillman Group is seeking a Store Sales Representative to own and manage relationships within assigned store locations. You will travel between stores, maintain displays, manage stock, and complete reports on activity and outcomes.

You’ll contribute to successful in-store execution, build strong customer relationships, and support sales goals with reliable, hands-on work across your territory.

Qualifications

• Retail or field service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to read and execute plan-o-grams.
• Proficient with basic Word/Excel and Windows.

Responsibilities

• Travel between multiple store locations in your territory.
• Execute plan-o-grams and maintain store displays.
• Stock, order, and organize product to ensure optimal inventory levels.
• Perform display resets, including assembling/disassembling fixtures.
• Identify and resolve in-store issues quickly.
• Build strong relationships with store associates and managers.
• Complete service reports, surveys, and photo documentation.

What You’ll Do

As a Store Sales Representative, you’ll own your territory and be the face of Hillman in your stores. You’ll keep displays sharp, inventory flowing, and customer relationships strong.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll stay active, solve problems, and see the results of your work every day.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Willingness to travel between stores (occasional overnight stays possible)
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbsValid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
