• Lead and manage SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance.
• Execute policies and standards, hold team accountable for store conditions and results.
• Model and coach customer experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems.
• Oversee in-store programs like Balloons, parties, and events.
• Promote and enroll customers in Loyalty Rewards Program.
• Champion MCC/Extend services and protection plans.
• Drive sales and operational excellence in Knit & Sew Shop.
• Ensure efficient BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Support Custom Framing operations and coordination.
• Train and develop team through onboarding and ongoing coaching.
• Maintain Asset Protection practices to reduce shrink.
