• Coach and develop team members through structured onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage to maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems for smooth transactions.
• Oversee in-store programs (Balloons, events) and omni-channel services (BOPIS, Same Day Delivery).
• Promote Loyalty Rewards Program and MCC/Extend services to customers.
