Aaron’s Sales Managers are crucial to the customer service experience in our stores. The hourly rate ranges from $12.75 to $13.50 per hour, with incentive pay based on performance.

The role includes generating leads, closing lease agreements, processing renewal payments, and handling merchandise to keep showroom floors well maintained and merchandised. We offer On Demand Pay, career advancement, PTO, health benefits, 401(k) matching, EAP, and an employee purchase program.
