Job summary

Aaron’s is seeking a Sales Manager for the United States to lead store sales and the lease-to-own program. You will generate leads, close lease agreements, process renewals, and ensure showroom merchandise meets Aaron’s standards.

The role offers an hourly wage of $12.75–$13.50 plus incentives, with benefits and opportunities for career growth. You will work a six-day week with Sundays off in most locations.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old for US positions
• Valid driver’s license and DOT policy compliance if location requires
• Able to work 9:00 am–8:00 pm
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs alone and 300 lbs with assistance
• Retail/customer service management experience preferred
• High School diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

• Build long-lasting customer and vendor relationships
• Set sales goals and drive new business with marketing strategies
• Maintain accurate service logs and communicate with service providers and customers
• Assist General Manager with operational functions
• Assist with deliveries when a driver is not available
