Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail sales experience in a business unit.
• Strong MS Office 365 skills and financial understanding.
• Excellent communication and proven team leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the store sales team and overall employee life cycle.
• Achieve store benchmarks and deliver top customer experiences.
• Model and teach sales/design processes and maintain profitability.
• Align merchandising, pricing and product flow to brand standards.
