Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team by managing Leader on Duty shifts and delivering a stellar guest experience. You’ll drive store operations, coach associates, and uphold AEO’s Guest First standards.

As a hands-on people leader, you’ll recruit and train staff, set expectations, and push for strong KPI results while ensuring visual and operational excellence on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a team in a retail setting.
• Strong focus on customer experience and KPI delivery.
• Experience training and developing associates to uphold service standards.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising and store operations.
