You will train and coach a high-performing team to deliver a memorable guest experience, drive sales, maintain brand standards, and uphold store assets and safety. This role emphasizes coaching, accountability, and collaboration to achieve KPIs and create a positive AE culture.

Responsibilities

• You drive sales as a Leader on Duty by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and analyzing daily trends to inform decisions.
• You recruit, hire and train strong talent to ensure staffing meets business needs and you deliver outstanding service through coaching.
• You provide ongoing performance feedback, development plans, and reviews to keep the team engaged and high-performing.
• You implement and maintain visual standards and AE Brand Standards across all store zones, including the fitting rooms.
• You uphold store safety and asset protection, comply with AE policies, and always do the right thing.
