You will act as the Store Team Leader's go-to person for implementing business strategy, training and coaching your team to deliver a best-in-class guest experience while achieving sales goals. You will lead operational excellence, maintain visual standards, recruit and retain top talent, and ensure safety and brand integrity across the store.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading retail teams and driving sales.
• Strong people leadership and coaching skills.
• Knowledge of employment law and store policies.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a Leader on Duty by maximizing guest experience and daily performance metrics.
• Act as a role-model leader, maintaining customer service standards and brand presentation.
• Recruit, hire and develop store staff to meet business needs and KPIs.
• Provide ongoing coaching, conduct development plans and performance reviews, and celebrate team achievements.
