Job summary

AEO in Greenville, SC is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team by leading Leader on Duty shifts and delivering a stellar guest experience. You’ll drive daily operations, train and motivate associates, and embody our Real self at work.

As a hands-on people leader, you’ll recruit and develop talent, coach for KPI results, and ensure the store meets Brand Standards. You’ll collaborate with teams to maximize sales and maintain a safe, inclusive environment that

Qualifications

Experience leading a retail team in a fast-paced store environment.
Proven ability to drive KPI results through sales floor leadership and operations.

Responsibilities

Lead Leader on Duty shifts to maximize in-store productivity and guest loyalty.
Motivate and coach associates to uphold AE's service standards on the floor and in the fitting rooms.
Recruit, hire and develop strong talent to ensure the store is staffed to meet business needs.
Provide real-time performance feedback and celebrate outstanding results to drive engagement.
Execute and improve daily visual and operational procedures including shipments and merchandising moves.
Uphold store safety, asset protection standards, and AE policies at all times.
