Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team with LOD shifts and delivering a stellar guest experience. You’ll train, coach and celebrate associates while driving sales results and upholding AEO Brand Standards.

You’ll manage daily operations, recruit and develop talent, and ensure safety and asset protection, responding proactively to guest needs and store goals.

Qualifications

• Leads a retail team to achieve sales targets and guest satisfaction.
• Trains and develops Associates to uphold Brand Standards and service levels.
• Drives store operations and visual standards to enhance guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and guest loyalty.
• Motivate and inspire the team through AE's core values and service standards.
• Recruit and hire strong talent to ensure staffing meets business needs and training is provided.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback through real-time coaching and celebrate outstanding performance.
• Execute and innovate daily visual and operational procedures including shipment processing and merchandising moves.
• Maintain store safety, asset protection, and adherence to AE policies.
