Bloomingdale's is seeking a Store Leader to drive the colleague and customer experience with a dynamic leadership style. You will coach your team, recruit and onboard, and ensure the Bloomingdale's mission comes to life in-store.

As a Business Sales Manager, you will oversee a multi-million dollar portion of the store's business, mentor direct reports, and execute merchandising and customer fulfillment processes to deliver an outstanding shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree and 3–5 years direct experience required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with customers and partners.
• Ability to plan and execute strategies; flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.
